Why the name Deborah?
Deborah was a woman that modeled spiritual leadership in the face of adversity. We strive to follow her example in our everyday lives. Read more about her in Judges 4-5.
INSPIRE
Who are you? What is your passion? You will learn how God has designed you to fulfill the destiny He has uniquely crafted just for you.
ENCOURAGE
Encouragement – what does it look like to you? What does it look like to God? Our goal is to teach you how to encourage other women His way.
Are you being encouraged? Are you encouraging others? Our goal is for you to draw closer to our Savior and embrace what He has for you.
SUPPORT
When was the last time you thought about your dreams and goals? What do you think God has dreamed for you? Our intention is to give you a secure place where your goals, big or small, can be shared and supported.
BELONG
Do you feel connected? What do you think is God’s plan for you? We are a year long discipleship encounter that encourages you to draw nearer to God and to invest in the lives of other women. We will encourage you, walk with you, speak truth and become friends.

DD 2 is your next step. This 10 month experience is designed to bring you closer to God and to prepare you for discipling others. You will be in the Word, meeting with an accountability partner and digging deeper into understanding yourself and others.
We as women are influencers. Each of us influence in different ways. There is no cookie- cutter approach to leadership. Whether you like being up front or behind the scenes – each of us makes an impact. We will begin by looking at your leadership strengths. How exciting to see the areas where you excel!
In DD 1 we looked at your personality. In DD 2 we will take a deeper look by studying the enneagram. A more in-depth picture of how you were designed by the Lord.
Looking at our attachment style is next. This is a picture of how you do life with others. Knowing this about yourself and others will give you a deeper level of understanding of why some individuals connect well and others have a tendency to do life by themselves. Dr. Steve Figley will be giving us insights into this topic.
Why are you on the planet right now? Seeking to write your life purpose statement helps to clarify your vision and your giftings. This exercise opens up doors of purpose.
There are other elements in DD 2 including composing a Bible study on a biblical leader and learning more about discipling. You will also be attending the Becoming Retreat with specific classes that go deeper for DD 2’s. Come join us for the next step in your adventure of knowing God better!
